contracted between the factor and the debtor under the contract for the sale of goods or the provision of services in the country and abroad, based on which the factor, by taking over the invoices from the debtor, assumes the debtor\u2019s liability to make a payment to the creditors, and has the right to collect from the debtor within the period referred to in the contract for the sale of goods or the provision of services in the country and abroad. The debtor is obliged to obtain the creditor\u2019s consent. The biggest advantage of the supply chain finance or reverse factoring is that the client is able to settle the payments to suppliers significantly earlier.
